Interior Blower Speeds up slows down

    Hi
    i have a Astra Active Hatchback 1.4 J
    (74) 2012.
    I have had an issue with the A/C it stop working.
    So had a New Compressor Fitted and New Condensor.
    The Aircon is super cool .
    The problem i can't work out is the Interior Air Blower works fine on normal without A/C but when i switch on A/C the Blower speeds up then slows down seems like when i accelerate it happens and also every 2 minutes
    But does not affect the cool air .

    I have ordered a new Cabin Filter to fit
    but am at a lost to the problem and what the problem could be related to.Anyone else had this happen.
