A friend has a Vectra Envoy but there is a problem with the indicators.
When used they come on but do not flicker as indicators should.
Apparently, the flasher relay has been replaced but the problem is
still there. It also effects the dashboard lighting, which is very dim
when used with the lights. Any ideas on what it may be and the cost
involved in sorting it out would be great.

Often that's a sypmtom of a bad (rusty) earth somewhere, usually in the
    rear lamps holders.

There is an earth behind the near side front kick panel. It is a 10mm nut
and always causes indicator problems. Have a look before you get involved in
    anything else.
