horn not working

    I have a Astra 2004 design and the horn has started working oddly, when pressed it does not blow the horn, but instead of that when held down it increases the volume of the radio and when held down it practically increases to painful levels of the volume of the radio. The radio works fine with the normal buttons, but the horn needs sorting or I will not get the MOT.
    Any suggestions on how to sort this will be appreciated,
