Hi all thanks for accepting me into the forum.
I have a question & hopefully will get help
My two rubber drainage pipes in boot were blocked while unblocking one it came out of bottom i then paid a so called specialist to repair it to unblock the other & put back into bottom the one side was already exiting car hole as I didn't accidentally pull that out.

he blew air down both but didbt pig back where should be he even pulled the right side out I told him thry had to go back into a exit hole but he didn't listen even showed him on internet but he knew best.
He was adamant he repaired it so he then ssid I'll test it to make sure so got out the hose & he ssid it wasn't fixed he needs to change seals nothing wrong with seals think he was pulling a fast one as when he rang to order which if still made would if cost £800 new they were not made anymore so he was very abrupt then like he couldn't help me. He slso slyly asked me did i want him to have a look at my front speakers when I already told him it was knackered from water ingress.but he asked friendly manner first ssid it was a wire between the door & chassis area.

He didn't repair leak he said after hosing it dont know why he didnt hose test it first instead of guessing. Anyway after that His attitude changed said that's £120 for leak & £50 for speakers i was shocked no conversation about cost prior fir either just messsges saying he 100% sure he can fix it. As still recovering from breast cancer op 2nd diagnosis which he & his wife knew & travelling I felt his lies to be unprofessional & scamming.

im looking into trading standards & small claim court as seems he does this a lot !

He didnt out the rubber pipes back into bottom, he broke also thd control window panel on door then fixed it but reckoned it was already broken whst lies !! Plus he was sure the rubber drain pipes should be dangling. He said prior he never worked on one of the cars but seen them. He blagged the whole time from initial contact. I think he knew the pipes had to go out the exit hole but was looking for a bigger job.

Anyway im hoping someone can help me is there a certain way the drainage pipes exit car i have sen a hole under car by wheel arch in you tube video where thst pipe should exit. I'll attach a few pics any help would be appreciated

    thanks
