Help!!! Swirl flap bar ball joint wanted

Hi all. Looking to identify the name of this part of my swirl flap ball joint piece. Basically, I have 3 of the attachments but need the 4th as I've lost it and can't put the new swirl bar on till I've got the other piece. Only need the top bit with the ball joint bit on it but can't seem to find it anywhere
