Heater fan control

    Hi, I have a 1.2 petrol, non a/c Corsa and the heater fan control only works on setting 4. I have fitted a new resistor unit and it restored full function for about 10 seconds before the original fault re-occured. Can anyone give me the meter reading I should expect on the input plug contacts so I can check if the new resistor is duff or there is a power input fault?

    Me again, how wise os it to bypass the fuse fitted to the resistor and just reply on the main fise in the fuse for circuit protection?
