Frontera wierd noise.

My 1996 lwb has developed a noise coming from underneath the vehicle. It is
tinny metalic type of noise as if something is rubbing or knocking on
something . Thought it was the exhaust but on inspection it may be something
else. It is only their when driving along and accelorating..any ideas ?

Cat' ? = Expensive :-(

Could it be the exhaust heat shield? These rattle if a mounting is loose or
damaged.
