Hi all
My very good neighbour has a 2.3(?) diesel Frontera with the Isuzu engine -
sorry if the spelling is wrong!
He has just returned back from holiday in Cornwall to sunny Lincolnshire
towing his caravan, but developed an engine / turbo problem on the way down
to Cornwall.
He has lost a lot of power in the engine, but all seems to work ok. MPG is
not as good but OK. He has stripped the turbo and all looks ok there, but
can't seem to find the problem.
I know nothing about them, but it seems as if there is a wastegate
permanently open not allowing turbo boost?
Can anybody point us in the right direction please
