Is anyone else experiencing long delays on factory builds. On Sept 7th I ordered a Grandland X ( 1.2 Turbo Elite Nav Premium Auto with Tech. Pak.) and due to the model spec it was to be a factory build with a delivery date of December. This was acceptable to get the model and updates I required. Now some 15 weeks since placing the order and, according to the dealership, the car has not yet even entered into the build process and despite numerous follow ups with the dealership Vauxhall will not give any reason for the delay and even more frustrating is the fact that they will not give a build date. Any feedback would be appreciated.
