e/windows and aircon

Electric windows o/s not working checked the fuses, what now?

also aircon light not coming on and is not cold, new to car and aircon maybe
i'm not using it right or out of gas, wheres the cheapest regasers.

its a Cavalier 20i diplomat Auto 1992
