Drivers window problem

[Simple]

I have a 1998 2.5 Vectra, when i open the drivers window the glass falls
forwards slightly and won't seal properly when i close the window. I have
been told that the scissor mechanism is most likely bent or broken. Anyone
know I were i can get hold of a decent secound hand mechanism from? I have
tried the local breakers, so far without success.

Shift the glass as if you were going to take the glass out.(Window rubber
removed).
With a bit of juggling you can slide the white plastic runner out of the
bottom guide.
Turn the white plastic 180 degrees and slide it back into the guide.
I have found this will keep you going for another couple of years.
