I have an 03 reg Corsa SXi with the "aluminium" effect on the dashboard. An
air freshener attached to the air vent has leaked and taken the paint off
round the vent. The panel involved fits in between the clock and the radio
and houses the two central airvents and hazard warning light switch.

I got a price for a replacement panel (£31) from my local Vauxhall dealer
but the fitting cost in higher than the part (£45). Is this panel easy to
remove, and if so how is it done?

    Thanks in advance

Pull out the 2 centre vents and you will see 2 torx screws. Take them out
and pull the panel off. Take hazard switch out and slide out the multi
plug. Swap air vent pipes over.

There is a company selling these panels new on ebay uk, cheaper than a
vauxhall dealer, they just import opel units from holland. (identical)

Do you know the name of the company? I've searched ebay using every word I
thought possible to describe the panel but have had no luck!!

Email Steve Crook at www.leicestermotorfactors.co.uk and ask him if
he'll be listing any on ebay soon, or even if he does them outside
    ebay private sale.

    Good luck!!
