Hi. I have a Corsa-B. I understand that the wiper-arms of the drivers side
and passenger side are different lengths (when I got my Corsa, they were the
same lengths for some reason, now I've got new ones).
Which one is the longer one? I've currently fitted it so that the passenger
side is longer, is this right?

    Actually I was wrong, I
Do you have any problems with the wipers hitting each other or the
windscreen seals? Mine would occasionally "connect" while wiping, and tear
    the driver's side blade.

My blades don't, maybe the wrong blades are on your car?
The blades are whatever Halfords says for the '93 Corsa B.

    You are right.
Yes. I've confirmed this on another Corsa B. Don't know how my car ended up
with both wiper arms the same length! Mechanic mentioned the term "bitza"...
Mine did when the arms were the same length!
The joints were also rusted on the old ones, making them flap about! That
meant adjustment was normally only temporary.

So there you go. If there's a problem with your Corsa-B's wipers, replace
    the arms!
    Makes a lot of difference.
