Hi All hope you can help.

I have a October 2001 Corsa 1.7di with 35000 on the clock. When changing
down the gears from 4th or 3rd to 2nd. 2nd is a little stiff to get into.
It is easy if you go up slightly into 1st but not fully then down into 2nd.
This is the same with the engine running or stationary. Just had the car so
don't know if this is normal. All is fine going up through the gears.

These cars suffer from premature gear linkage failure - ask your local
dealer to check yours. It is out of warranty but Vauxhall may be
    sympathetic if you ask nicely.

I have a 3 month warranty so am trying to make sure I find all the obvious
    faults now.

    Another tips would be grateful.

    Thanks

  4. Sure the clutch does not need adjusting?
