Hi guys and thank you for accepting me I’ve an issue and searched but no luck I have a 2011 Astra excite 1.4 been going fine all morning then went to get in to go to work and wouldn’t turn over and code 68 is showing on display after a search on net it saying power steering fault = possibly low battery so tried to jump start no difference tried different battery plugged my elm327 into obd port but keeps failing to communicate with ecu not sure if my scanner is faulty also rang a local technician who said something about running a wire but wouldn’t say much more unless I pay him to come around pls guys any help
