Hello. Has anyone had a problem with the digital display panel
lighting up? Ours has gone completely dead. Everything else seems
fine. It's the panel that shows audio, temp and clock. Thank you.

By looking closely at the display can u see the figures?

Sounds like the light bulb has packed in that illuminates the display -
means taking out the centre panel. You can get the bulbs from Halfords.

If this is quite an early Astra they used to play up quite often. Just
disconnect the battery for about 5 seconds and then it should come to life
( if the bulbs haven't gone as Chris mentioned) You will need your radio
code afterwards and to reprogram the elec windows for one touch.

Thanks fo he reponse, guys. It's working again, thanks to a
Fonzie-style hit by my mum duing my driving lesson, which almost sent
us off the road laughing I'll have it looked at properly now though
    :)
