Cavalier leaks from where?

    I have a '92 Cavalier Sri which leaks like a siv.
    Are there any xcommon leak points on these cars as they get old?

    what are you talking about.................leaks? how much more vague can
    you be.....
    how about........if you fill the ashtray up with cigarette butts it tends to
    leak onto the carpet, thats a common fault with these cavaliers...

    try a bit more info next time....

    See what you mean...
    Leaks rain water into car - lots of it. Front footwells full of water - bit
    of a problem just now as it takes 20 minutes to clear the windows.

    Does it have a sunroof? Are the drain pipes blocked? They are in the
    corners.
    Is it rain water or anti-freeze? If anti-freeze the heater radiator is
    leaking - pig to get at and fix IIRC.

    ok now we know your problem....and yes it is a common problem.look under the
    bonnet and where the wiper motor is situated you will see a drain pipe that
    comes out just above the steering rack...unblock it because after a while it
    will be full of leaves and other debris...what happens is the water collects
    here and builds up, because the drain pipe is blocked it will simply enpty
    into the car via the heater vents.
