I would say that the alternator is failing. Get it tested by a
    competeant autoelectrician.

well I have checked the voltage when car is running and it is arounfd
14 volts, so altenator should be ok

Bit of a guess but I'd check that any grounding straps/ wires between
the engine, bodywork, alternator and battery are clean.

If the altenator gives a steady reading of 14.4V plus minus a bit, saya
1V or so, it should be OK. Check it under load ie headlamps and rear
screen heater and rev the engine up to about 3000 rpm.
If that checks out OK, then as airsmoothed says check the engine
earthing straps. The gearbox one in particular. It gets left off after a
    clutch change.
If they are all OK then you'll need to take out the speedometer and
associated circuit board and check for damage, like a short circuit,
open circuit, damaged circuit board copper track or a wrongly fitted
    warning lamp.

as suggested, earth will be my port of call now.

watch the gearbox one , by now i bet its not even there or the box end has
    rusted clean away.

It's a common fault with the altenator on this model. Either a phase has
gone in the altenator, or it is starting to die, either put up with it, or
    replace the altenator.

You will probably find your headlights are not quite as bright as they once
    where.

    update
I found the problem, it was that K76 relay whitch, when off, puts
brake level and charging lights to ground and when on to 12v. Other
side is coming from battery (12v) so they are on all the time. It gets
its power from altenator and usually when alternator is progen you
    should change this one too.

It was burn out and connected to ground. thats why those two was on
all the time. You can found that relay from drivers side behind kick
panel. there is two relays and some electrical box. this one is the
    midlle one.
