Hello, I’m new from Midlothian… My (Wifes) car is a Corsa Energy 1.4, 2018 I am trying to put in car mats but in my ignorance the pegs on the floor are too thick to go though the holes on the mats I bought Can anyone tell me if the peg/pin on the floor comes apart and maybe the mat hole then fits over a narrower bit on the floor fixing and the top part is pushed back on ,holding the mat on…or something like that !!! Someone said the fat pin is attached to the round plate that you see on the floor and that it screws off from the part fitted through the existing carpet but when I tried, the whole top part just kept turning Being old doesn’t help when trying to work this out !!
