buzzing noise

    HI all, long time no see...

    My astra has had a few new things such as radiator, alternator(got refurbed)
    and most recently clutch.
    Oh yes before all that I had a new speedo cable - this may be my problem i
    fear. When below 20mph i get a buzzing sound which sounds liek there is a
    fly trapped behing the dash. lol. Do you think it could be my speedo cable
    at low speeds as it doesnt seem too acurate below 20 either.
