had a backlog (standard excuse). It wasn't just an enquiry they ignored, it
was an order! Try giving them a ring if you want to order from them.

I phoned them up the next day and they said the guy who deals with the
e-mails was away! Obviously a highly complicated e-mail system they have,
too difficult for more than one person to use... ;-)
Having said that when I placed my order over the phone they were very
helpful and it was delivered quickly so can't fault them on their telephone
service.
