Automatic Astra probs

Can any one out there tell me what is wrong, My Automatic 1996 mkIII 1.6 16v
astra is playing up. The engine managment like was coming on when driving
fast and when turned of then back on will not come out of 3rd gear, the
sport light and engine managment light will not go off.

I plugged it into a TECH 2 which stated "torque control voltage low" but the
mechanic had no idea what to do (haha)

I have looked all over the web but found very little this is also making my
car splutter like there is water in the petrol, it also had a service not
long ago.

Any ideas

Check the wiring from the gearbox to ECU, as this is almost certainly going
to be the problem. Code 75 means there is no voltage signal at the ECU, or
is below the given limit.
