Astra tailgate trim removal

I need to get some wiring from the number plate to the rear light
cluster on an 02 Astra.

Anyone able to offer any advice on how to safely remove the tailgate
trim to enable me to run the wiring?

I think there are 4 torx screws - 2 at the grab handle and 2 at the parcel
shelf strap mounts - then pull - hard.
