Astra-G rear door card removal - how2

    As per subject line - removed window winder handle, lock button,
    speaker grille and speaker, screws in usual hidey places (under
    door pull, under door bin, behind door release handle), and
    popped all the plastic rivets. Door card is very stuck at the
    top, near the glass - i've tried 'persuading' it upwards, bit it
    won't budge, and i've actually creased it a bit.

    Any clues anyone? TIA
