Hello there, bought the missus an Astra G 1.6 8v 2001 a few months
ago
& it has started loosing all revs on a few occasions when coming to a
standstill from a run eg. when stopping at a roundabout or junction
after a trip down the by-pass at constant speed/revs (around town it
seems OK). My guess is the idle control unit may be sticking & needs
cleaning or replacing. Could anyone tell me where to look for this
unit under the bonnet & if anyone else out there has had the same
sort
of experience was it this or another cause. Thanks, Mark.
