Astra Bumber 2002 Model

Hi

I stupidly reversed into a post and left a dent in the rear bumper, it isn't
too bad, just a mild depression in the plastic, the paint hasn't cracked.
Can these things be filled then resprayed or is it a whole new bumper job?
It is a star silver Astra 2003 model, what is the approximate cost of a new
rear bumper these days or if repairable what that might cost? Before I
start hitting the dealers for a price it is nice to know an approx figure I
should expect.
