Replacing a top radiator hose today, I noticed that a an adjacent hose (?) with a braided sheath appears to be 'oozing' - can't tell what it's oozing. This narrow hose runs from the engine to a T-junction just before the thermostat housing. Anyone know what this is? Should I be worried? Thanks.
