Hi all,
Been browsing through various messages about peoples problems with
some vauxhall stereos.
I'm interested to know if anyone has had any problems with the
multichanger for the ccr600? Mine packed up a month or so ago, said
"disc 4 error" when I changed the disks. So I just inserted one disc
in disc two and still the same message! Tried to eject, to no avail!
Unit was stuck, seemed to have expanded the disc unit, and wasn't
collasping to eject.
Luckily she's still under warranty, but vauxhall as usual are
hopeless, took the Astra in this morning to have a new changer fitted,
and once they'd fitted it I was informed that the changer wasn't
talking to the head unit, and that they'd have to order a new
multichanger unit. Wasn't best pleased considering that was the third
time they've tried to fix it.
I'm just preying that the new changer will work once fitted, getting
sick of listening to the radio now
