'99T Vectra Di rear fog lamps draining battery

    Hi, I realised that I had a problem with the rear fogs so I looked at the
    fuse box and worked out that the rear fog relay was in the slot for the
    unneeded (it don't have any) front fog relay. Swapped it over and the rear
    fogs worked, great, until the next morning when the battery was totally
    drained. Put it on charge and left it 2 hours, still flat. The fault is
    draining the battery as fast as it can charge. Swapped the relay back,
    charged the battery and all is fine again, apart from no rear fogs again.

    Any ideas please?
