2003 Astra - oil on plug?

    Hi

    I have a 2003 1.6 astra, and the far right spark plug keeps oiling up.

    I have just replace it again today, only had car for 9 months,

    last time garage replaced plug, 6 months ago when car started to splutter, miss fire

    47k on clock, low mileage for year,

    is this a worn cylinder ring ?

    local garage seems to think not worth repairing ?
